Suez Capital Ltd financed Arlington Securitas, a European company, in its contract with the Nigerian Ministry of Finance to inspect all oil and gas cargoes shipped out of Nigeria.
The contract, signed in 2013 and continuing to this date, requires the contractor to ensure that B/L and actual quantities match and to develop and continuously update software to monitor the presence of tankers in Nigerian waters.
Suez Capital assists the contractor with mid-term financing to address delays in receiving payments from the Federal Government of Nigeria.
