Mr.Ismailov has a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the Technological University of Tajikistan and a BA from the Malta Institute of Management. He has more than 8 years of experience in both web-based and traditional marketing, project management, product development and global logistics. As a Director of Business Development at Suez Technologies, he was responsible for the product development of two of the company’s main products: Scheduit App and Hippo Data, a social media analytics engine. He was also responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with market influencers. After two years of product development under his supervision and guidance, both companies were sold to a Singaporean conglomerate.
Mr Ismailov started as an assistant cashier at one of the top banks in Tajikistan. After two years at the bank, he joined the Group’s Office in Dushanbe and was responsible for general office administration and logistics. Subsequently, he moved within the Group, serving in positions of increasing responsibility in Nigeria, Sudan and Malta. He now leads the Disruptive Technologies Department and oversees blockchain integration across group companies.
