Mr. Tandon is an energy-focused investment banker with 23 years of experience in Europe and Asia. He began his career with British Petroleum and then worked for Marathon Oil, Saga Petroleum and Western Geophysical in a variety of senior business development and finance roles. Mr. Tandon then led Ambrian Capital’s energy practice in London and is a founding partner of SVS Oil & Gas. Further, he graduated from Imperial College with an MSc in Petroleum Engineering and he also holds an MBA from Erasmus University.

Mr. Tandon headed Central Asia Capital in Singapore and subsequently was head of Ernst and Young’s Asian Energy practice. He is presently COO of Burmah Oil, a company in which Suez Capital is a significant investor.
